HRCA Fitness offers over 100 drop-in classes weekly! Classes include Cardio, Strength, Mind-Body (Pilates, PIYO, NIA, and Barre), Zumba, Indoor Cycling, Aqua workouts, and more. These fun and affordable classes, taught by nationally certified fitness instructors, do not require you to sign-up in advance. These classes are designed to promote health and fitness for all ability levels; for age 13+. Children under 13 cannot attend regular drop-in fitness classes.
