The HRCA Drop-In Fitness program offers Group Exercise, Mind-Body, Zumba, Indoor Cycling, and Aquatic Fitness classes. These fun and affordable classes taught by nationally certified fitness instructors are available weekly and do not require you to sign up in advance.
Our program is designed to promote health and fitness for all ability levels to enjoy. Participants as young as age 13* to the active older adult are welcome to attend any class listed on our Drop-In Fitness Class Schedule.
