Indoor Cycling

Your cycling instructor will guide you through a highly effective cardio and strength workout. You'll ride a stationary bike to the beat of music—and burn up to 600 calories in the process.

 Drop-in Fitness Class Reminders:

  • Classes require a punch card or a daily, monthly, or annual pass
  • Fitness punch-cards expire six months from date of purchase

  • Latecomers are not allowed in if arrivial is 5 minutes or more after class has started.
