Key Drop-in Fitness Class Information

  • Passes: classes require a punch card or a daily, monthly, or annual pass
  • Fitness punch-cards*: expire six months from date of purchase
  • Age: 13 years or older
  • Latecomers: not allowed in if arrivial is 5 minutes or more after class has started.
  • Schedule is subject to change, as it is updated every four months, for the most accurate schedule click on this button:

*Family members cannot share fitness passes, each participant is required to have their own fitness pass to attend our classes

Your cycling instructor will guide you through a highly effective cardio and strength workout. You'll ride a stationary bike to the beat of music—and burn up to 600 calories in the process.

Class Descriptions

HRCA Indoor Cycle: Simulates a variety of terrain: hills, flats, sprints, jumps and recovery. Improve endurance and lower body strength.
