Senior Fitness classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, resistance (strength) training, and toning with plenty of friendly fun.
Senior Cardio Muscle: A low-impact aerobic conditioning, strength training, and core stability training class for active seniors. This workout is modified and designed to increase mobility and flexibility for the senior community. This class is a step above intensity-wise from our Senior Fitness class and requires prior experience. Most of this class is done standing.
Senior Fitness: A vibrant, high-energy class designed specifically to support the health, mobility, and well-being of older adults. This class offers a blend of gentle, yet effective exercises aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and overall functional fitness in a supportive and engaging environment. Part of the class is done standing, while part is done seated. This class can be modified to be completely seated if needed.
Senior Strength Training: A class designed specifically to enhance muscle strength, improve bone density, and support functional fitness for older adults. This class offers a safe and effective approach to strength training that focuses on maintaining independence and enhancing quality of life.

Pickleball courts are set-up in the Northridge and Southridge gyms weekly. As the schedule is subject to change, it is important to see the Gym Schedules for when and where to play.
