Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

Perfect for those looking to tone, tighten, and build lean muscle, this class combines grace and strength in a high-energy environment. You can expect isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
