Adult-coached swim classes welcome lap swimmers of all levels from novice to competitive. Each class includes daily workouts tailored to best suit the individual swimmer’s needs. Coaches offer technique instruction and motivation so that all swimmers reach their best potential.
Novice swimmers learn the basics of lap swimming while advanced swimmers are challenged to swim traditional workouts. Coaches help prepare athletes for competition or improve overall fitness. All participants should be able to comfortably swim the length of the pool with face-in, and know basic freestyle and backstroke.
To participate swimmers may pay drop-in rates or purchase an adult swim program pass. When you purchase a pass, your membership card is pre-loaded for either 10, 20 or 30 pre-paid visits to participate in any of the Adult Coached Swim Programs. No extra card to remember and you can participate in any of the below programs offered at the times most convenient to you. Call 303-791-2500 to purchase a Program Pass bundle or stop by any HRCA Recreation Center to begin your journey to better health and making new friends.
Note: All Program passes expire six months from the date of purchase.
