Self-withdrawal from fitness class

Group Fitness Class Reservation Details:
An online reservation is required for ALL group fitness classes. If you need to cancel your reservation, please withdraw online at least two hours prior to the class to free up a spot for someone else. No-shows will result in a class removed from your punch card, or a day removed from your 30-day or annual pass. Any questions or concerns with class cancellations can be sent to [email protected].

Group Fitness Class Self-withdrawal

To cancel/withdraw from a class:

  1. Log into client profile from the home page
    On home page click on Activity Login

  2. Select the profile of the person that is withdrawing from the activity
    Click the My Info tab
  3. Scroll down to the middle of the client Profile and expand the “Schedules” tab
  4. Select “Switch to List View”

  5. In the Show Field select “Current and Future”

  6. Find the class that you are looking to withdraw from and hit the “Actions” button on the right side of the page and select “Withdraw”

  7. Accept the withdrawal confirmation
    click the withdraw button
