Specialty Fitness

Online reservation required for ALL drop-in fitness classes.  CLICK HERE TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT!

  • Choose your class under “drop-in fitness” and the class format for which you wish to register
  • All classes will be released to register on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. for the following Monday-Sunday
  • Anyone with a reservation who does not show up for a class will be charged. To cancel your reservation, email [email protected] Cancellations MUST be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
  • Schedules are subject to change. Always check the website for the most up to date schedule.

*No-call/no-show reservations will be charged for class. Annual Pass holder's pass will be subject to suspension if continuously no-showing or late cancelling.

Note: Cardio, Weight Room, and Circuit Areas are open BY RESERVATION ONLY 

Specialty and Mind Body fitness includes a series of classes such as Adult Modified Yoga for Health Conditions, Ageless Grace, and Impact Kickboxing. The series consists of a weekly class for four-weeks, and run monthly, with the exception of our workshops. These are priced separately from the Drop-in Fitness classes.   • Latecomers: not allowed in if arrivial is 5 minutes or more after class has started.
