Absence Policy: The Day Camp must be notified of a child’s absence by 9:00 a.m. the morning of the absence in order to receive a refund/transfer for that day.
Weather Closure Policy: Day Camp will have camp unless Douglas County School District-Highlands Ranch Area Schools are cancelled. Please listen to the radio stations for school closure information. There will not be a separate listing for the HRCA Day Camp on the news. If Douglas County School District-Highlands Ranch Area Schools are on a delayed Day Camp will be on a delay. In the event weather conditions deteriorate during the course of the day, we will initiate closure procedures by contacting parents. As always, we respect a parent’s decision to keep their children home, if necessary.
