HRCA Fitness programs help motivate and encourage people of all ages and abilities to become and stay active. Fitness programs include Drop-In Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Senior Fitness, Specialty Fitness Classes, Wellness Services, and Fitness Events.
Drop-In Fitness Personal Training Specialty Fitness Wellness Services
The HRCA Drop-In Fitness program offers a variety of classes including Mind-Body, cardio, interval and strength training, Zumba, Indoor Cycling, and Aquatic Fitness classes. These fun and affordable classes are taught by nationally certified fitness instructors, are available daily, and do not require advance registration.
*Please call 303-471-8916 if you have a child under 13 who would like to attend classes with adult supervision.

Small Group Personal Training Classes
Small Group Personal Training allows members and guests to work economically with a personal trainer while gaining knowledge of the weight room. Classes meet one time per week for four weeks.
Advanced registration and a signed fitness waiver are required. For more information, please contact the Fitness Specialist at or 303-471-7044. All Small Group Personal Training Classes will meet at the Equipment Desk at respective facilities. Classes must meet a minimum of four participants three days prior to new session.
