Commercial Design & Restrictions
To receive approval for commercial signage requires a completed application for each sign and the application review payment. Application review fee: one sign $75; two or more signs $100; minor amendments to existing Site Improvement Plans $150. The Application Review Fee must be received prior to the submittal being sent for review. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Checks (made payable to HRCA), and Credit Cards.
