Commercial Covenants

Highlands Ranch is home to premier shopping and dining experiences; popular entertainment opportunities; and a wide range of attractive residential neighborhoods. From it's conception, Highlands Ranch was a well planned community. To achieve and maintain the integrity of the community the Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA), has adopted “Commercial Design & Restrictions" (CDR’s).

Commercial Design Requirements

The CDR's apply to all businesses for both new development and redevelopment in the Highlands Ranch Community. It is recommended that businesses review the CDR's during their project planning phase: Commercial Design & Restrictions (CDR’s) 

The business or orgainization will need to submit a proposed listing of materials along with the Commercial Improvement Application Form.
