All businesses within Highlands Ranch will need to follow the procedures outlined in this document.

Commercial Design & Restrictions

To receive approval for commercial signage requires a completed application for each sign and the application review payment. The Application Review Fee must be received prior to the submittal being sent for review. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Checks (made payable to HRCA), and Credit Cards.

Commercial Review Fees:
One sign:  $150.00
Two or more signs:  $200.00
Site Modification:  $250.00

Development Review Committee Review Fees:
Project review fee:  $300.00
