HRCA's cardio-strength classes aim to improve cardiovascular health, endurance, and muscular strength. Your certified instructor will utilize a variety of equipment to keep your fitness routine fun and fresh.
Barbell Strength: This class is a total body barbell workout that will shape and tone your entire body, improve bone health, and increase core strength. Using a barbell with light to moderate weights, and lots of repetition sets to energizing music. Barbell Strength will develop lean muscle and increase overall strength. This is a strength-focused class will little to no cardio.
Cardio Kickboxing: A high-energy, high-impact workout that combines the power of kicking with the cardiovascular benefits of intense cardio exercise. This class is designed to boost endurance, improve coordination, and burn serious calories! You can expect to move at a faster pace in this class.
Cardio Muscle: A dynamic fusion of high-intensity cardio and targeted strength training. This class is designed to maximize calories burned, build muscle, and enhance overall fitness by targeting cardiovascular exercises with resistance training. This class format is ever-changing to keep your body challenged!
HIIT 30/Lift 30: This hybrid class combines 30 minutes of your favorite STRONG Nation® HIIT cardio moves synced to the beat followed by LIFT, 30 minutes of weights and core. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. LIFT 30 is 30 minutes of free weightlifting and core-focused compound moves.
Interval Training: A high-intensity workout designed to maximize calorie burn, improve cardiovascular endurance, and build strength through alternating periods of intense exercise and active recovery. This class is ideal for those looking to push their limits and achieve rapid fitness results. Expect a fast-paced class that is sure to make you sweat!
Rise and Grind: An early morning variety-filled workout! The class will begin with strength training and conclude with yoga and deep stretching. It’s the perfect way to start your day!
