Specialty and Mind Body fitness includes a series of classes such as Adult Modified Yoga for Health Conditions, Ageless Grace, and Impact Kickboxing. The series consists of a weekly class for four-weeks, and run monthly, with the exception of our workshops. These are priced separately from the Drop-in Fitness classes. Pickleball courts are set-up in the Northridge and Southridge gyms weekly. As the schedule is subject to change, it is important to see the Gym Schedules for when and where to play.
