About Kim

My name is Kim Cavolo and I am excited to share my knowledge and passion for fitness with you!  I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach with a Masters in Applied Psychology and a Certificate in Aging to help you with overall behavior change to keep you on track.   I am a firm believer in finding out an individual’s body composition in order to formulate a plan and measure success.  Body composition consists of skeletal muscle mass, body fat, and resting metabolism.  The number on the scale doesn’t tell you this.  When you see me around, ask me about skeletal muscle mass (SMM) and aging, I love to explain the importance of SMM.  I am excited to meet and assist members on their health and fitness journey. Hiking, lifting weights, biking, and paddle boarding are some of my favorite fitness activities    I feel fortunate to be a part of the Highlands Ranch Community.  I moved here recently from Baltimore, MD.
