About Jesse

I am a Denver native who grew up being active and playing sports, my favorites being basketball, football, and golf. I have a drive for helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals. In 2006, I started my fitness journey by losing 100 pounds. It was a life-changing experience which led me to pursue my B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, my ISSA personal training certification, and most recently my certification of CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). I love working with athletes and helping them improve on their performance through the right exercise prescription.

I know from personal experience that life isn’t easy, and you must find ways to overcome challenges both mentally and physically. I have dealt with challenges such as battling frozen shoulder in both shoulders at the same time, and a ruptured patella tendon injury. These both required hours of physical therapy so I can relate to starting exercise from square one. Helping clients find a good foundation of mobility, balance, stability, lifting techniques, and progressive strength training plan is my job. With a good training regime, combined with a proper nutrition plan, clients will have their lives changed forever. Think about having a better quality of life, better sleep, improved physical performance, improved self-esteem, increased cognitive abilities, increased lean body mass, increased bone density, strengthened joints, and a reduction in pain and stiffness.  I am excited to continue to help the community reach their fitness and wellness goals.
