About Erin

My name is Erin MacFarland, I am a fifth-generation Colorado native with a passion for helping empower people to make positive lifestyle changes to improve their health and quality of life. I have previously been a trainer with HRCA and am happy to be back! I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Immune Centric Health Coach. My focus is on preventative strategies and functional strength principles. I work with individuals of all fitness levels- from those with limited mobility to competitive athletes- with an emphasis on core and glute strength, range of motion, and correcting imbalances. Addressing diet and nutrition is equally important when implementing any fitness routine. Clients often find it extremely helpful to have the support of a trainer and health coach in having accountability and creating consistency. Working together to find an approach to food and movement that is effective and enjoyable ensures continued success! I am a mother to two amazing children who have been raised in Highlands Ranch, and enjoy walking my dogs, running, and getting out in nature! I look forward to making the journey with you toward achieving your goals and improving your quality of life in a sustainable and enjoyable way.
