When we were in our twenties, we could do anything and wake up in the morning feeling great and full of energy.

In our thirties we were still hammering it at the gym and playing some recreational sports. It was a bit tough, but so were we.

Every one we knew quit coming to the gym before they hit forty, why—because everything hurt and they got busy, and decided to let their fitness drop off, way off.

If you still have that desire to be in shape, at any age, and willing to put in the effort, you’re in the minority in the US, and I’m here to really help you.

If your back and knees and shoulders feel like someone tossed you out of a speeding truck on C-470  after each workout, you’re not seeing the fitness gains you desire, and you want your muscle tone back—and you don’t want your joints throbbing, let’s talk.

Give me three sessions to prove you can regain your health, fitness, muscle tone, and shape—all while protecting your joints, so you can do every other sport you love.

I’ll teach you how to develop your muscle without harming your joints. Teach—as in, you’ll take away the knowledge of developing muscle without harming your joints for the rest of your life. Oh, and working out will be fun again, like it used to be.
