I believe exercise is an important part of life and to make it work, it must be practical, safe, and fun! I believe in exercise with the overall picture in mind. This includes muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, and body composition. My goal is to motivate, educate, and create interesting exercises that are associated with these fitness concept.
