Covenant Compliance Reminder: Home owners are required to submit plans for approval to the Community Improvement Services Department (they will pass the requests to the Architectural Control Committee) for all exterior improvements prior to installation. For example, home owners must submit plans when painting, installing air-conditioning equipment, or putting in a deck. Can I park my commercial truck in my driveway?

Commercial trailers are not permitted in Highlands Ranch. The Architectural Review Committee may grant a Conditional Approval for a commercial vehicle, based upon, but not limited to, curb appeal, effect on safety and street traffic, size and type of vehicle, signage and attached appurtenances. No more than one commercial vehicle shall be permitted per property unless they are consistently parked within the garage, even if they have been given conditional approval to park at the property with work-related equipment (i.e. ladders, pipes, etc.) removed. Commercial vehicles will not be given approval to be parked in the street.
