We heard your concerns regarding challenges in paying your assessments and listened. Beginning Thursday, August 1, Highlands Ranch residents will have a new way to pay assessments. In a continuous effort to enhance the way Highlands Ranch residents pay assessments, Zego by Paylease, will be replaced with Versapay. Versapay will significantly improve your experience with its easy-to-use platform, true autopay functionality (payment amounts automatically change when assessments change), and the ability to see real-time balances.
More information will be sent out this month regarding enrollment.
HRCA has partnered with Zego (powered by PayLease) for all online payments. Online payments may take up to five days to post to your account. To ensure your payment is received by the end of the month due, please make your payment by the 25th of the month due.
Zego Processing Fees (for quarterly payments)
Automatic payments can be set up any day of the month the assessment is due. Please set it up prior to the 25th to ensure it is processed by months end.
Note: if your account is currently on direct debit and you move to a different property within Highlands Ranch your direct debit will NOT transfer to the new property. Please contact ZEGO at 866-729-5327 if you have any questions.
Alternatively, you may drop your check off at any of the indoor or outdoor drop boxes located at each recreation center or drop or mail to the assessment office at Eastridge Recreation Center, 9568 University Blvd., Highlands Ranch Colorado, 80126
