Each owner of a privately owned property within the Community Association is a member of the HRCA. When purchasing property in Highlands Ranch, every homeowner agrees to pay assessments and comply with covenant controls which are designed to enhance the quality, value, desirability, and attractiveness of all property. Homeowners in Highlands Ranch are members of HRCA's four state-of-the-art recreation centers.
Homeowner Assessments are due the first month of each quarter - January, April, July, and October.
Assessments for 2025* are $684; or $171 per quarter; broken down as follows:
Annual 2025 Administrative Only Assessment*: $64.00 (due January 1). Pertains to all commercial properties and the following subdivisions: Gleneagles Village, The Retreat, The Villages, and Palomino Park (Gold Peak and Silver Mesa).

Assessments for 2024* are $672; or $168 per quarter; broken down as follows:
