When purchasing property in Highlands Ranch, every homeowner agrees to pay assessments and comply with covenant controls. Homeowners in Highlands Ranch are members of HRCA's four state-of-the-art recreation centers.

2020 Assessments

Annual Assessment: $622.88

Quarterly Amount: $155.72 (due January 1, April 1, July 1, Octtober 1)

Where does my $155.72 quarterly assessment money go?

  • $15.30: Administrative Functions – Architectural control and covenant enforcement, billing and collections, accounting and finance.
  • $140.42: Recreation Functions – Operating and maintaining HRCA recreation facilities and related debt service

Annual Administrative Only Assessment: $ 61.20 (due Jan 1)
Pertains to all commercial properties and the following subdivisions: Gleneagles Village, The Retreat, The Village at Highlands Ranch, and Palomino Park (Gold Peak and Silver Mesa).
