• A 2023 Swimmingly® account for each swimmer is included with all program levels at no additional cost
• Register each family swimmer individually
• Use Swimmingly® Clubhouse at www.swimmingly.app from your computer to:

  - See upcoming meets and practice results
  - See event information
  - See meet and practice results
   

• Download the Swimmingly® Fan App to your Android or iOS phone to:

  - see race results
  - know when a swimmer is scheduled to swim in a meet
  - know your swimmer's time
  - invite family and friends to see swimmer's results
  
   

• Per the Swimmingly® Child Protection Policy, as a guardian, you have oversight of your swimmer(s) and can invite other parents/guardians/grandparents that you wish to affiliate with your swimmers in the Swimmingly® Clubhouse!
• Volunteer Timers and judges download theto their phones during a meet.

.  Tip: Dark Blue Swimmingly logo is the Fan App -- most important.  The Light Blue is for Timers.

Swimmingly Clubhouse as a Parent/Guardian (works best from a computer)

How do I:

• Invite additional parents/guardians to my swimmer's clubhouse profile as a Parent/Guardian
• Change/edit my swimmer's date of birth as a Parent/Guardian
• Complete meet declarations as a parent/guardian
• Navigate the Clubhouse as a parent/guardian
