Swim Clinics

One hour swim clinics are led by HRCA coaching staff. Small group instruction is given on specific swim areas including diving from the blocks, freestyle and backstroke flip turns, breaststroke underwater pullouts and butterfly turns. Swimmers meet with coaches at the beginning of each clinic to determine specific goals. Advanced level swimmers may work with coaches on specific needs in preparation for upcoming competition.

Minimum skills to enroll in Clinics: Complete Swim Stroke School II (Blue Level) or be able to swim 25 yards freestyle, then 50 yards backstroke comfortably without stopping unassisted in a 9ft deep pool. For more info contact Kerri McGrath at 303-471-8942 or [email protected].
