Adult Coached & Masters Swim Programs

Adult coached workout groups welcome lap swimmers of all levels from beginner lap swimmers (novice) to elite competitors. Each class includes daily workouts tailored to suit the individual swimmer’s needs. Coaches offer technique instruction and motivation so that all swimmers reach their best potential.

Novice swimmers learn the basics of lap swimming while advanced swimmers are challenged to swim traditional workouts. Coaches help prepare athletes for competition or improve overall fitness. All participants should be able to comfortably swim the length of the pool with their face-in and know basic freestyle and backstroke.
