Are you making improvements to the exterior of your business or developing a vacant site? Approval from the Development Review Committee is needed prior to commencing work.
To help the committee understand the design concept, applicants are asked to submit a “Notice of Design” (narrative) along with a proposed listing of materials with their application. This is an opportunity to identify key aspects, unique features or distinguishing characteristics of the design, see Commercial Covenants.
Submittals must be received by noon on the Tuesday three weeks prior to the next scheduled Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. DRC meetings are on the second Wednesday of every month. The application review fee must accompany the submittal.
