For beginner to intermediate swimmer who can swim 100 yards freestyle without stopping. This program will increase overall fitness through stroke technique development and increasing endurance.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:15 - 10:45 a.m., Northridge Recreation Center.
For intermediate to advanced swimmers who can swim 500 yards freestyle, be competent in two of four strokes and be able to swim for 1-1/2 hours. This program focuses on stroke technique and drill work for all four strokes while increasing endurance. Perfect for overall fitness for all swimming levels.
Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., Northridge Recreation Center
For intermediate to advanced swimmers who can swim 500 yards freestyle for one hour. This program focuses on more competitive drills to increase speed, confidence and endurance.
