Youth Basketball Leagues

The HRCA has the largest youth basketball programs in the area. Youth leagues are designed to provide the building blocks of competitive play.

Key Youth Basketball League Information

Seasons: Girls: October – December | Boys: January – March (followed by season-end tournament).
Team Registration: completed individual waivers for each team member, team fee, and a Youth Team Registration Form must be turned in all at once. Teams need a minimum of eight players.
Individuals: only free agents need to sign-up individually. You must register for the age group the player belongs to, or one age group higher. Participants cannot play in a lower age group. The HRCA Sports Department reserves the right to add individual players to each team to reach a maximum roster size of 12 players.
Practices: Sunday-Friday, based on coach's request.
League Schedules & Standings

Futures League (Grades 1-2): a non-scorekeeping league emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun.
Recreational League (Grades 3-8): for beginner to intermediate players.
Competitive League (Grades 3-8): for advanced level players; Youth Boys Basketball Program only.
