Archery Lessons

New and experienced youth archers can take their skills up to the next level with lessons in the Backcountry Outdoor Center. HRCA Backcountry Wilderness is teamed up with the Archery School of the Rockies to provide lessons. May will start out with single session lessons followed by 4-week sessions in June, July, and August. From equipment and safety to body position and shooting, you'll learn the same system of shooting as Olympic-level archers. We'll practice skills through games, challenges, and friendly competitions. Advancement to the Intermediate Level requires coach approval. Please email [email protected] to request placement in the Intermediate Level sessions.
