Times: All parties are two hours in length. You may choose from the following time slots: 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m., 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., and 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

The first 90 minutes of your party will be led by our naturalists/wranglers and will include the activities or games mentioned in the party description. The last 30 minutes of the party are the responsibly of the host family. This is a great opportunity to eat cake or other food/drinks and open presents. Decorations:
We provide and set up basic decorations and themed tablecloths. You are welcome to bring additional decorations to set up, but please keep in mind the wind can be a factor in setting up delicate decorations. We do NOT allow balloons, piñatas, or glitter due to their potential for litter and impact on wildlife.Food and Drink:
We will have a water cooler filled for your use—please ask that your guests bring a reusable water bottle to use. Outside food and drink are welcome (with the exception of alcohol). We do not have any refrigeration services available and recommend using coolers for items that need to remain cold. We do NOT provide any tableware or utensils. Set up and Clean up:
Our staff will set up the table cloths and basic decorations. Host families are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the party start time to set up their own food or additional decorations. We ask that you sort your trash and recycling appropriately and ask our staff if you are unsure of what is recyclable. Our staff will take care of basic clean up and removal of the trash and recycling. What to Wear:
All guests MUST wear closed toe shoes. Our birthday parties run rain or shine, so be sure guests dress appropriately for the weather. We will be active and outdoors so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes that can get a little dirty. Pricing:

- Campfire and S’mores Add-On: For $50, you can add on a campfire (pending fire restrictions) and s’mores for all participants to any party.
- Creature Feature Add-On: For $120 you can add on a creature feature to the Wild for Wildlife or Camo Adventure parties.
- Toy Fairy or Gnome Add-On: For $45, you can include a toy fairy or gnome for each participant of the Woodland Fairies/Gnomes party that will be used throughout the party and then serves as a special party favor.

Weather: Our birthday parties run rain, snow, or shine with the exception of excessive rain, heavy snow, lightening, or temperatures below 25 degrees. Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather. In the event of heavy rain, heavy snow, or temperatures below 25 degrees, we will contact you to reschedule your party. If a thunderstorm delays the planned activities for more than 1 hour, we will work with you to reschedule your party. If 30 or fewer minutes of the party remain when a thunderstorm moves in, your party is considered completed. We reserve the right to make decisions regarding weather and safety of participants.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the party will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled party. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any party to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. In said event, every attempt will be made to notify the planner as soon as possible. If a mutually agreeable alternative date/time cannot be agreed upon by the planner and the BWA, a full refund will be offered.
