Class Descriptions

This 45-minute, high-intensity, circuit-style training class uses Myzone heart rate monitoring technology designed to push your exercise limits and reach your maximum workout effort in order to assist you in meeting your training goals. In this total body workout, you'll find a circuit and rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. Total Body will help you build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
