ZONE classes are 45-minutes, high-intensity, circuit-style training classes using Myzone heart rate monitoring technology designed to push your exercise limits and reach your maximum workout effort in order to assist you in meeting your training goals.
The Zone – TRX Boot Camp: TRX Suspension Training exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This hybrid format keeps you on your toes, combining the TRX Suspension Training with an intense boot camp workout on the turf.
The Zone – TRX Power Cycle: This hybrid fusion class consists of high-energy cardio training while you cycle and the ultimate body-weight suspension training with the TRX system. This class will build core strength, cardio capacity and muscular strength and endurance.
The Zone – TRX Strength & Stretch: A perfect blend of high intensity and recovery mixed into just one hour. This class begins with an intense 30 mins of cardio and strength interval training on the TRX and ends with a balance and flexibility focused Yoga sequence. Can be modified to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
The Zone – TRX Strength Intervals: TRX Suspension Training exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. You are in control of how much resistance comes with each exercise – this TRX Strength Intervals format is designed to increase both muscular strength and muscular endurance.
The Zone – MetCon: In the Zone MetCon, or Metabolic Conditioning, participants will take part in a total body workout focused on strength training and improving endurance. It will keep the heart pumping to maximize calorie burn both during and after your workout and also rev up your metabolism.
The Zone – Burn: You can expect a total body workout that includes Cardio, Strength and Core circuit sets. You will move around the room and spend a minute at each station hitting cardio every third station. After completing all 12 stations you will get a short water break and run through the same circuit a second time. This class is designed for you to get the maximum full body benefits and maximum calorie burn out of your 45 minutes in the ZONE!
The Zone – Core: A rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular core strength, stability and endurance.
The Zone – Endurance: You can expect a blend of longer cardio segments with shorter high intensity strength/cardio circuits that will get your heart rate up and have you burning fat in less time...this workout will definitely test your endurance.
The Zone – Power: A combination of lifts with complimentary plyometrics to increase muscle strength, burn fat, and get your heart rate up.
The Zone – Strength: The focus is on a full body resistance training circuit that targets compound movements and joint stabilization to help with building bone density and muscle strength.
The Zone – Total Body: You will find a circuit and rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. Total Body will help you build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
