To cancel a class call 303-471-8858 or the Program Coordinator. All refunds are charged a $5 processing fee. Refunds and class transfers must be requested at least five business days prior to the beginning of the class. Refunds are typically issued back to the participant in the original tender. Refunds are not issued for inclement weather or for ticketed events.

How do I update my account information?
Click on the Registration & Tickets icon. Click on Registered User Login and enter your account information. You will be taken into your account information. Click on the My Info icon and you will be able to update your account information.
Only emergency contact and phone numbers can be changed. If you need to make any other changes, please email your request to HRCA at [email protected].
