HRCA Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

To cancel a class call 303-471-8858 or the Program Coordinator. All refunds are charged a $5 processing fee. Refunds and class transfers must be requested at least five business days prior to the beginning of the class. Refunds are issued back to the participant in the original tender. Refunds are not issued for inclement weather or for ticketed events.

Can I store a Credit Card on file?

Yes, you can input your Credit Card number on file and it will be securly stored.
