Parties and celebrations are a snap with the help of HRCA. You can rent a room for your gathering or let us help you plan the perfect birthday party or celebration! From traditional birthday parties to customized celebrations and get-togethers designed just for you, we will help you create special memories the fun, hassle-free way!

Climbing Birthday Party

Sports Parties

Golf and multi-sport simulator, turf activities, or climbing wall; we create the sports party you envision, and you get to relax and enjoy. You pick the theme (choices below) and we tailor a party to what interests your child!

Reservations must be made in person no earlier than 60 days in advance and no later than 14 days in advance. Payment must be paid in full accompanied by a completed HRCA Party Reservation Form submitted at the time of reservation. A non-refundable fee of $50 will be applied for cancellations.

Available: Friday: 5 - 9 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday 12 - 8 p.m.

An hour and a half in the wall area, staffed with two climbing instructors, where children will be fitted with harnesses and allowed to climb. Then, we supply the cupcakes, juice, paper plates, cups, napkins, and plastic utensils. All served in a party room, where a staff member will be available to help with serving and clean up.

Come book your two-hour Golf and Multi-Sport party in the Simulator! Spend the first hour with a party host playing golf, baseball, soccer, dodgeball, hockey, and more! We then continue the celebration in the party room during the second hour. Party includes cupcakes, juice box/water, paper plates, napkins, and plastic utensils, candles, room set-up & clean-up.

Our inspired party staff goes to great lengths creating the event you envision and attending to every detail. Choose from the action-packed, customized indoor turf activities, which may include parachute, obstacle course, tug of war &/or customized activities, to batting cages, or a team celebration. With rooms decorated boy’s or girl’s “themed” party, our service remains unparalleled ensuring your birthday party, team event, celebration, or Batting Cage party is unforgettable. The party includes: room and turf rental, decorating themes, ¼ sheet cake, and a party host.

  • Touchdown! Turf Party: One hour of indoor customized turf activities, and one hour of party time. $225
  • “Extra Point” Touchdown Option: One and a half hours on indoor customized turf activities, and a half hour of party time. $245
  • Triple Play Party (Children must be 6 years old or older to use batting cages*): Forty minutes of batting cages time, 40 minutes of customized indoor turf activities, and 40 minutes of party time. $225
    *Batting cages will be closed from late October until Early April. Exact dates of closing and reopening of cages will depend on weather.

Frequently Asked Questions for Action Packed Turf Parties

Q:  Which facility has the turf parties?
A:  Westridge is the facility that hosts turf parties as it is the only facility that has turf.  Address for the facility is 9650 Foothills Canyon Boulevard, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80129
 
Q: What is provided with the turf party?
A:  We will provide plates, cups, forks, napkins, theme specific decorations, ¼ sheet cake with edible image, candles, lighter, cake knife and spatula.  You will also have a party host who will be in charge of decorating the room, setting up the equipment for the games on the turf and taking the kids though the games. The party costs include a 1/3 section of turf for the games and a room for food/drinks/gifts.
 
Q: Can families bring additional food and drinks?
A: Yes, you can bring food and drinks.  We do not allow alcohol on the property but any other beverages are fine.  All food and drinks must stay in the room and cannot be brought to the turf.  The only beverage allowed on the turf is water.  There is an additional $50 charge after the party is completed if there are any food/drink stains  that our cleaning equipment cannot remove, damage to walls, or any other damage to the room.
 
Q: Can families pay more for a larger cake and a bigger section of turf?
A:  Yes, families can pay $25 extra for a ½ sheet cake and $35  extra for an additional 1/3 of turf.

Basic Party: 

The Basic Party includes one (1) hour of structured/monitored free time in the gym area plus a half (0.5) hour in our Party Area for dessert, light snacks, and gifts if desired. 1.5 hours in the gym and no celebration time may also be arranged. Tables and chairs will be set up with basic covering. Host family will need to bring all tableware items and decorations as desired.

When you book a party at Active Athletics, the rest is a breeze.  Your party host will meet you at the door to help unload and then assist with set-up of the party area; hanging decorations, getting food in the fridge and making sure the goodie bags are set out perfectly for guests.  Once things are set up, the real fun begins.

A typical birthday party will consist of approximately 30 -60 minutes of open gym/free play.  Birthday boys and girls along with their guests can anticipate exciting obstacle courses, thrilling zip line adventures, silly games and endless fun.  Your party can be as structured or unstructured as you wish and will always end with more free play, a group photo in our foam pit or on the rock wall and endless tales of Active fun.  Your time for Active play in the gym will be 60 minutes and there will never be a dull moment.

This party is designed for the young chef at your house! Your child may pick from a variety of cooking themes. Cooking parties are taught in a group format. Come create something out of CLAY! Our professional staff will lead your child through a step-by-step process for building their chosen clay project. The birthday child will choose the project for the entire party to make. Children will build and then glaze their creations with colorful glazes. Pieces will be ready for pick up in two weeks after they are fired in our kilns. An Instructor will call when the pieces are ready for pickup. Party duration is two hours. Magic:

Performances feature amazing visual magic, lots of laughter and interactive audience participation. 

The show tries to teach the kids how to do a trick, but every time I try, the trick misfires in a funny way.  However, every time the kids say “the magic” words, the trick always amazingly works! These interactive antics create tons of laughter, surprises and amazement.  

Best of all, the show features a real WOW moment when the birthday child says the magic words and makes the real, live bunny appear!

ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCE PARTY - is a great fit for your student who loves puzzles, challenges and brainy games! We bring the materials for 90-minutes of great puzzling fun! First, we'll kick things off with a challenge or two to get the brain warmed up. Then we will have the kids work as a team to solve one of our Escape Room Experiences. Typical escape time is 30-40 minutes. Will the kids escape in time? It is up to them!

Our escape themes include: Harry Potter, Star Wars, Mythic Adventures, Minecraft, and Circus Train.

Then, kids will pair up to build one of our unique projects with easy-to-use instructions. ALL our projects use a battery-pack and a motor! Combined with the LEGO® WeDo2 block-programming app, they really get moving!  Best of all, we will do our best to match our project to your party theme!

Recommended ages 5-12.

Our fun two-hour pool parties include structured pool time with the party host during the first 1.5 hours and then we continue the celebration in the party room for the final half hour. Eastridge Slide Safety Guidelines

  • Individuals between 42”-48” in height may use the big slide wearing a US Coast Guard approved life jacket (vests are located in area next to slide).
  • Individuals less than 42” in height are not allowed to use the big slide.

Southridge Shark Alley Safety Guidelines 

  • Individuals must be 54” in height to use Shark Alley without a US Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
  • Individuals less than 54” will need to wear a US Coast Guard-approved life jacket and have parent supervision.
