I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts, but now proudly call Colorado home. Outside the gym, you can usually find me outdoors. I am an avid hiker, camper, skier, and seasoned marathon runner. If you are preparing for a race or simply have questions about endurance training, I am always happy to help.
