Sports and recreation go hand-in-hand and the HRCA has opportunities for you to participate! Need a personal trainer or want to join a drop-in yoga or kick boxing class? Want to run a 5k or a Tri? How about learning a new sport or joining a team? Sign-up for racquetball, tennis, lacrosse, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, or soccer lessons or leagues? No matter your skill level, join us and play your game!
