The 4:30 - 5:30pm Zumba on Sunday, December 8th has been cancelled.
The 5:45 a.m. Wednesday Yoga Sculpt
has been CANCELLED UNTIL JANUARY 2014 due to low participation.
Yoga Sculpt will return in January 2014 from 9:15 – 10:15am Wednesdays at Southridge
