NEW! Prenatal Pilates

Prenatal Pilates is a safe and effective Pilates-based workout that will aim to strengthen and tone your entire body, as well as help you prepare for the birth process. In addition to your own body weight, you will use a variety of small equipment, such as the Thera-Band®, toning circle and Pilate’s ball. Class meets Mondays for 4 week sessions in the Westridge Hawk Room from 6:00 - 6:50 p.m.
