What is the Delegate Election?

The Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) is divided into 95 Delegate Districts. Every homeowner has a Delegate representative. Each district elects a Delegate to represent their subdivision vote on important matters, such as any HRCA Bylaw amendments, a governing document outlining the HRCA's structure and the annual budget. The District Delegates are also responsible for electing the Board of Directors.

In the 2026 election, constituents from even-numbered and vacant districts will elect Delegates. You can use our Delegate District map to determine which district your home is located.

District Delegates play a vital role in representing your voice on neighborhood and HRCA matters. They meet monthly to discuss and recommend essential issues impacting our community to the Board of Directors, helping to ensure the HRCA runs smoothly and effectively.

Your participation in the Delegate election is essential to shaping the future of HRCA! Homeowners trust HRCA to maintain property values and continually improve your neighborhood. Delegates make decisions in the best interest of homeowners and help to facilitate communication within the community. In essence, they serve as leaders and advocates of the neighborhood. The cornerstone of any thriving association lies in the active participation of its members. Don’t miss your opportunity to vote and get involved.
