Ready to clear out old paperwork? Bring documents containing personal or sensitive information to our free shredding event on Saturday, February 27, 2027. This is a secure and convenient way to safely dispose of items like old tax records, bank statements, medical paperwork, and other confidential documents.

On-site shredding will be provided so you can watch your materials as they are securely destroyed. Registration opens January 1, 2027, and space is limited, so early sign-up is encouraged. Preregistration is required to attend, walk ups will not be accommodated.

Price: Free for HRCA members, preregistration is required (problems with registration can be directed to 303-471-8858)

• Space is limited based on the shredding truck's capacity.
• Each registrant may bring up to the equivalent of two standard banker’s boxes of documents, regardless of how they are packaged or transported (paper clips, binder clips, hanging file folders okay; no three ring binders, screws, wrenches, etc.).
• Registration is offered in 30-minute time slots, to help reduce parking lot congestion; we ask attendees to arrive at the start of their scheduled time slot, but no earlier.
• This event is weather-dependent; extreme cold or precipitation may prevent the shredding trucks from operating safely. If weather conditions prevent shredding services, the event will be canceled.
