The District Delegates* meet monthly and are responsible for making recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding recreation policy and expenditures.

The Board of Directors meet at the conclusion of the monthly Delegate meetings.

All HRCA meetings are open to members.

*District Delegates are elected by homeowners in their district for two-year terms. Currently, there are 93 districts in Highlands Ranch.
