This one-day festival brings together music, food, and culture from across our state. Enjoy live performances that capture Colorado’s spirit across the generations—from bluegrass and 90s jam bands, Latin-inspired rhythms, vibrant jazz sounds, and more. Music has always brought Coloradans together, telling stories and celebrating the people, places, and experiences that define our state.

Explore Colorado-themed vendors, local eats, and craft beverages from some of the state’s favorite breweries and distilleries. With live music, local flavor, and a welcoming atmosphere for all ages, this is one birthday party you won’t want to miss!

Colorado 150 Musical Performers

Latin Sol

1-2 p.m. | Latin Sol

Latin Sol brings a high-energy celebration of funk, ranchera, and cumbia music to the stage, delivering vibrant rhythms and powerful melodies that get audiences on their feet. Rooted in traditions that span generations, their sound reflects the deep influence of Latino cultures that have helped shape Colorado’s history.

2:30-3:30 p.m. | JoFoKe & Same Cloth

JoFoKe & Same Cloth is a Denver-based, genre-blending ensemble led by singer-songwriter JoFoKe. Their innovative sound draws from the traditions of Black American Music while pushing it in new directions. Inspired by the rich history of Denver’s Five Points, which was once a hub for jazz and Black culture, they honor a legacy that helped shape Colorado’s cultural story.

High Lonesome

4-5 p.m. | High Lonesome

High Lonesome is a standout in Colorado’s bluegrass scene, known for exceptional musicianship and hard-driving, danceable performances. Named one of Westword’s Top Ten Colorado Bluegrass Bands, they blend dobro, fiddle, guitar, bass, and mandolin. Rooted in traditional string band-style music, High Lonesome reflects the pioneer and mountain heritage of our state.

5:30-7 p.m. | Tumbledown Shack

Tumbledown Shack is a Northern Colorado five-piece channeling the improvisational spirit and energy of the Grateful Dead and similar jam bands. Known for ever-evolving setlists and a sound that’s equal parts laid-back and electric, no two performances are the same. Their music captures the free-spirited, open-air concert culture that has been a part of Colorado’s music scene from the 70s to today.

Petty Nicks Experience

7:30-9 p.m. | Petty Nicks Experience

Petty Nicks Experience brings the iconic sounds of Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks to life with a high-energy tribute that spans generations of rock. Their performance nods to Colorado’s rich live music history, echoing the timeless concerts and unforgettable moments that have defined legendary venues like Red Rocks.

Colorado 150 Vendors

We’re seeking Colorado-themed vendors to be part of this once-in-a-lifetime celebration of our state’s 150th birthday! We welcome handcrafters, food vendors, and specialty businesses that showcase Colorado’s unique spirit—its creativity, flavors, and natural beauty.

  • Applications open: January 1, 2026
  • Applications close: June 15, 2026
  • Fees: $125 Handcrafters | $200 Food Vendors | $300 Businesses & Community Organizations
  • Applications are reviewed by event planners; acceptance is competitive and not guaranteed

We’re especially looking for vendors that highlight Colorado’s identity—think locally made goods, Colorado-flag–inspired designs, mountain or elevation themes, and regional favorites like Pueblo chiles, Palisade peaches, Olathe corn, and Colorado craft beer. General or unrelated vendors may not be accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an admission fee?

Nope! The Colorado 150 Celebration is free and open to everyone. Come enjoy live music, local food, and craft beverages throughout the day. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site.

Will there be water available?

Yes! Free water refill stations will be available. We recommend bringing a reusable bottle.

What is the ID policy for buying alcohol?

Attendees 21 and older will need to show a valid ID and receive a wristband.

What alcoholic beverages will be available?

Colorado craft beer, wine, cider, and spirits will be available for purchase.

What is the weather policy?

This event is entirely outdoors and will only be canceled in severe weather.

Is there parking available?

Free parking is available nearby, along with Link on Demand transportation.
