By submitting this entry form, I hereby grant the HRCA permission to use images of my house in good taste in promotional materials, posters, websites, and other merchandise. I release HRCA from all liability of any nature in the use of any electronic or film image and or audio for advertising purposes. The purpose(s) of all such publication of images shall be to illustrate and/or promote the Halloween House Decorating of Highlands Ranch Community Association and to promote the Highlands Ranch Community Association. By checking 'I agree' and submitting this form, you agree with the above terms of use.

This Release is executed by "Releasor", in favor of Highlands Ranch Community Association, Inc. ("HRCA"). Releasor consents to being the subject of the photographs of HRCA, together with any subject matter owned by Releasor, and authorizes HRCA to cause the same to be exhibited, with or without advertising sponsorship, as still photographs, transparencies, motion pictures, television, video or other similar media. Releasor releases HRCA and its members, officers, directors, employees, assigns and successors from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, violation of right of publicity or any other claim based on use of the above-described material(s).
