Highlands Ranch Community Event Participation Agreement: If any of the information I have submitted changes before the day of the event, I will contact the Event Manager with the new information. I understand that I am responsible for all of the supplies for my booth. Every effort will be made to accommodate handicap persons. I understand that I am required to attend the entire event and will be penalized for leaving the event early by being denied application next year. The HRCA reserves the right to accept or reject any application for whatever reason. The HRCA may change booth location at any time without prior notification. I, the Vendor, shall perform the work involved in this event at my own risk and shall be responsible for any damage to HRCA facilities associated with my booth space. If I am not present and my booth is not set up by start of show, without notification, I will forfeit my booth space and payment. Please consider your decision to participate carefully. Registration fees are non-refundable, at any time.

 ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER AND RELEASE, AUTHORIZATION TO USE IMAGE, and INDEMNIFICATION: In consideration of the right to participate in this event, I fully acknowledge and understand all risks involved, including but not limited to, the risks to dangerous outdoor weather and acts of nature, those risks associated with large spectator events, and the risks associated with automobiles, and it is in full understanding and acknowledgment of these risks that I, to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby assume said risks and therefore waive, release and discharge Highlands Ranch Community Association, their management, agents, representatives, and employees, and anyone connected with the management or presentation of this Event, from any and all liability related to this event, including any bodily injury, death, property damages or losses and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered, including any loss or damage to any property that I bring to the event. However, in no event shall this waiver and release be applicable to the extent such damages, losses, claims, and liabilities are caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Highlands Ranch Community Association, its employees, or anyone for whose acts they may be legally liable. 

USE OF IMAGE, I fully acknowledge and agree that Highlands Ranch Community Association may take pictures of the event and may use these pictures and images in future marketing material. I agree and consent to such use of my image both online and in written materials for general marketing materials for future events which may be held in the community. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Highlands Ranch Community Association, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers and consultants from and against all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs of every nature whatsoever in any manner arising out of or incidental to or in connection with the Event, to the extent such claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs are caused by my negligent acts or omissions, my intentional misconduct, or my gross negligence or recklessness.
