Board of Director Elections

HRCA's five-member Board is elected by the District Delegates. Elections for the open director seats are held each March. The Board of Directors serves three-year staggered terms.

During the March 2027 Board Election, there will be three (3) Board Member positions filled. 

Election Dates

Date Action
November 11, 2026 Board application candidate forms are live. Three (3) Board Member positions will be filled during the 2027 election cycle.
January 15, 2027 Deadline to submit Board application candidate forms, 5 p.m.
February 15, 2027 Board Election notices sent to Delegates
February 19, 2027 Record Date for the Annual Meeting of the Delegates and the Annual Meeting of the Directors.
March 15, 2027 Board Election opens for Delegates
March 22, 2027 Board Election closes for Delegates
March 23, 2027 Annual Meeting of the Delegates
March 23, 2027 Annual Meeting of the Directors

Thank you for your interest in becoming a HRCA Board Member. Board Candidate information for our next election cycle will be available Wednesday, November 11, 2026. The next Board election will occur in March 2027. At that time, three (3) Board Member positions will be filled. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

District Delegate Elections

Highlands Ranch is divided into 94 delegate districts, each represented by a homeowner elected by HRCA members. The Delegate representatives each serve two-year, staggered terms.

Please see the 2027 HRCA Election Dates below for information regarding Delegate Elections. As a reminder, all even-numbered and vacant districts are up for election in 2027. Applications will be available January 22, 2027. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]. Districts with a vacancy include:
  • District 96 (Highwoods HOA)
  • District 107 (HR Golf Course)
  • District 212 (Stoneybridge)
