Commercial Covenants

From its conception, Highlands Ranch was a well-planned community. To achieve and maintain the integrity of the community the Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA), has adopted “Commercial Improvement Guidelines" (CIG’s).

Commercial Design Requirements

The Commercial Improvement Guidelines (CIGs) apply to all businesses for both new development and redevelopment in the Highlands Ranch Community. It is recommended that businesses review the CIGs during their project planning phase: Commercial Improvement Guidelines (CIGs)

The business or organization will need to submit a proposed listing of materials along with the Commercial Improvement Application Form. Submittals must be received by noon on the Tuesday two weeks prior to the next scheduled Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
