The Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) provides leadership, architectural control, covenant enforcement, accounting/finance, operation and maintenance of four recreation facilities, and so much more! The HRCA provides community events; youth and adult sports and fitness programs; and educational opportunities. So join us, get involved, and experience all that the HRCA has to offer.

Q. Who picks up my trash?

A. Our Preferred Provider is Pro Disposal Inc., 303-791-3827, but you may contract with any trash service provider.

Q. When is my trash picked up?

A. It must be picked up on the day assigned for your zone. Highlands Ranch has five trash zones. Zone map.

Q. Is trash service included in my quarterly HRCA assessment fee?
A. No, the trash service is not included. If you live in a sub association, your sub association may contract with a service provider and collect the fee with your sub association dues.
