The Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) wins the 2013 Corporate Innovator of the Year Award presented by the Highlands Ranch Chamber of Commerce.

HRCA wins this prestigious award by being more than one of the largest homeowners association in the nation. The association serves over 29,000 households by maintaining four state-of-the-art recreation facilities and providing architectural control and covenant enforcement, the HRCA is innovative in its approach building a quality of life for its residents. Not only does HRCA provide the typical functions of an HOA, it manages 8,200 acres of pristine wilderness area, drives economic growth through collaborative governance, implements high profile experiences that strengthens the community, and champions environmental stewardship and sustainability.
