Highlands Ranch Community Association encourages our homeowners to sign up for automatic payments through Zego (formerly PayLease) our online payment partner.

Automatic payments are:

  • Easy to set up
  • Free if using your bank routing number and account number
  • Better for the environment - saving your check and gas in dropping it off or mailing it
  • Stress free – you do not have to worry about forgetting to send in a payment or receiving a late fee

Win a Gift Card

The HRCA Assessment Office will be having a gift card drawing of $100 (vendors will vary) quarterly throughout 2021 . A random winner will be selected from any homeowner who signs up for automatic payments within the quarter. The drawings will be held:

June 15, 2021 Second March 1 - May 31, 2021
September 15, 2021 Third June 1 - August 31, 2021
December 15, 2021 Fourth September 1 - November 30, 2021

Do you already have autopay set up? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We will have two (2) $100 drawings on December 15, 2020 for anyone who signed up for automatic payments prior to December 1, 2020. The email on file for your automatic payments will be used to send you an email letting you know if you won!
