HRCA has partnered with PayLease for all online payments. In addition to the payment amount each credit card transaction and one time e-check payment is subject to an online processing fee which is collected by PayLease to cover their processing costs. These fees are listed below. Online payments are an alternative to traditional types of payments and are considered voluntary. Online payments may take up to 5 business days to post to your account. Please note that if your account is currently on direct debit and you move to a different property within Highlands Ranch your direct debit will NOT transfer to the new property. Online processing fees:
Recurring payments from a checking or savings account: $0.00
Recurring payments from a credit or debit card: $3.95
One time payment from a checking or savings account: $1.95
One time payment from a credit or debit card: $5.95
Homeowner Assessments are due the first month of each quarter as follows:
| January 1st||April 1st||July 1st||October 1st|
If you choose to make an online payment after the 23rd of the month (the month in which the assessment is due), you may still incur a late fee due to online processing time. Payments placed in a drop box on or after the 25th of the month they are due must be dropped at the Eastridge location only.
To avoid a late fee you must bring your payment to the Administration Office at Eastridge Recreation Center (9568 University Boulevard, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126) by close of business on the 30th of the month (the month in which the assessment is due).
