Buying a Home?

What do I get for paying my assessments?

The majority of homeowners in Highlands Ranch pay the quarterly assessment which is broken down into the Administrative Fee and Recreational Fee.  The benefits of both fees are below:

Administrative Functions – Architectural control and covenant enforcement, billing & collections, accounting, and finance.

Recreational Functions – Membership to all four state-of-the-art recreation centers, Operating and maintaining HRCA recreation facilities, bond expenses, capital improvements, and other related debt service.

Balances: Zego, the online payment system, does not show current balances. Please refer to your latest statement/correspondence or email [email protected] for your current balance.

Note: Assessments may be paid online with Zego using a computer. Currently, paying via mobile device is not available.
