Why did you cancel my autopay? My invoice used to say DO NOT PAY because I was set up for autopay.

HRCA does not cancel auto-pays or direct debits. The invoice no longer says DO NOT PAY to ensure all homeowners are aware of their balance due. To check if you are set up for direct debit, please check with your bank’s bill pay or with our credit card processor located here. You can also call Zego (powered by PayLease) at 866-729-5327.

Balances: Zego, the online payment system, does not show current balances. Please refer to your latest statement/correspondence or email [email protected] for your current balance.
