I am moving from one house in Highlands Ranch to another, does my account number stay the same?

No, your account number is based on the property address.  All account numbers start with the letters CUS and have 4 or 5 digits, ex: CUS75309.  Your account number will be on all correspondence from the Assessments office. You can also email [email protected] and we will respond with your account number, please make sure to include your address in your email.



Important: include your account number on ALL payments

Balances: Zego, the online payment system, does not show current balances. Please refer to your latest statement/correspondence or email [email protected] for your current balance.
